For example April 15th payouts til May 14th are paid from May 15th til June 14th according to the rate for that month. Payouts from May 15th til June 14th are paid June 15th til July 14th. Yes I finally got a response from MC’s. Here it is:

If you read the terms you know payouts from the 15th of previous month til 14th following month
are paid from 15th til 15th of next month. For example April 15th payouts til May 14th are paid
from May 15th til June 14th according to the rate for that month. Payouts from May 15th til June 14th
are paid June 15th til July 14th. All depends on how many payouts there is on what day you will be paid.
