Welcome to Bizcreations blog’s.

Here you will find the information you need to make a healthy choice, as to what diet

To choose, what foods to eat, and post’s, geared to your overall Well Being.

I am a Great believer in the “Back to Basics” principals.

Eating as much unprocessed natural Foods as possible.

We live in a society where most everything we find at the super-

Markets is just loaded with artificial preservatives and junk.

I was born and raised in Germany and grew up on strictly, home – grown and home – cooked foods.

I am convinced that is the reason I am still in such good health at a young 65.

With today’s economy, I am sure many of us will go back to growing at least some

Of our own vegetables, etc again. Besides; gardening is good for our health and

Emotional well being.

My mission here is to bring you the best products and information, so that you can

Make an informed decision, as to what is best for you.

Forget gimmicky diets with empty promises. For a healthy, trimmer body, get the right fuel – good nutrition; while you’re dieting.

What you find here, will have been thoroughly researched by me, before offering it

To you, be it advice, products or new gadgets.

I am also going to focus on “Healthy Aging”, not just because I am heading in that

Direction, but it has always been of great interest and importance to me.

Aging is a normal part of life, and we’re living longer and longer.

With today’s medical advances many adults (including myself) are celebrating

Good health along with longevity. It is so important to be aware of the many

Aspects of senior health, including physical, and mental health and

Emotional well – being.

With healthy lifestyle habits, plenty of exercise and fun activities and –this is so

Important – Strong social Support, healthy seniors can look forward to personal

Fulfillment and a long, productive life.

So come back often, to see what’s up.

Have a great day.

Monika
